What we process and why
- Player account: a random player ID, the name and avatar you choose, your credits, level and game statistics, and a session token kept on your device - to run the game and the leaderboard (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Email (optional): only if you choose "Save my progress", so you can open your account on another device. Sign-in codes are stored only as hashes and expire after 15 minutes.
- Matches: who played, the finishing order, credits won and the number of moves - for statistics, the leaderboard and to handle complaints.
- Messages: what you write to the developer in the game, and our answers.
- Ads: the ads in the game are our own ads for other UCA apps. They do not track you and no ad network receives your data. If we later use an ad network in the Android app, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
- Website statistics: we count page views per day and page - no IP address, cookie or device data is stored.
- Server logs: IP address and request details for security, kept for a short time (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No cookies are used by the game or the website (the admin area uses one technically necessary cookie for signed-in staff).
Hosting and transfers
The servers are operated by IONOS in Kansas City, USA. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long
As long as your player account is used. Accounts that have not been used for 24 months may be deleted. Ask us to delete your account at any time: noreply@ucagg.de.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and complain to a data protection authority.
